50 Minutes-Individual Session $195

50 Minutes-Couples/family  Session $225

60 to 75 Minutes-Intake $245

Extended sessions and Intensives also avaliable 
 

PAYMENT
I accept all major credit cards as forms of payment.
 

INSURANCE
Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for services.

A receipt of services (a "superbill") can be provided so that you may submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
It is advised that you verify your plan's out-of-network coverage for outpatient mental health services.

I'd recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:
• Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
• Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
• Do I have a copay, and what is it?
• Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
• Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?
 

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you are unable to attend, please make sure you cancel within at least 24 hours. Otherwise, you will be charged the full session fee.
